Shipping & Returns

We ship on weekdays via DHL within Germany and via UPS/FedEx outside of Germany. You can find the shipping costs for your destination country on our shipping page.

Returns: Returns within Germany are free of charge within 14 days. For returns from abroad, shipping costs apply according to our price list.

Please receive your shipment during normal delivery hours or make timely use of the pickup options offered by the shipping service provider. If a shipment is returned to us because you refused delivery, provided an incorrect address, or failed to collect the package, additional return and processing fees may be incurred. We only charge these in the amount of the actual, documented costs incurred and may deduct them from any refund.

If you have any questions regarding shipping, please email us at admin@sandmanncraft.com.
