Shipping methods

Shipping to your home or to a parcel station of your choice takes place on weekdays from Monday to Friday via our logistics partners DHL and UPS.

Shipment tracking

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification from DHL with the DHL tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your shipment at any time.

Returns

You are responsible for the return shipping costs of any items you do not like! Of course, we will cover the shipping costs for justified complaints.

Shipping costs

Shipping within the European Union is free for orders over €70.

Orders up to 0.25 kg are shipped as DHL small parcels for €3.50 in our shipping envelope. A flat rate of €4.99 is charged for orders up to €70 within Germany. Within the EU, a flat rate of €12.99 applies to orders up to €70.

Outside the European Union, we charge a flat rate of €60 for shipments to the USA, UK, South Korea, and Japan. For shipments up to 3kg, the rate is €95. For shipments to Switzerland, the rate is €40 for shipments up to 6kg and €60 for shipments over 6kg.

Information on international shipping

The international shipping rates displayed on this website do not include taxes or duties unless otherwise stated in the shipping method. Please contact your country's customs office for information on any customs duties or taxes that may apply to your order. If an order is refused, Sandmanncraft is not responsible for the original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or any other charges associated with shipping the package. If an item is returned to us and the buyer has requested a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping and any other charges associated with the package.
