Delivery, returns & shipping costs
Shipping to your home or to a parcel station of your choice takes place on weekdays from Monday to Friday via our logistics partner DHL or DHL Express.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification from DHL with the DHL tracking number. This means you can track the status of your shipment at any time.
Please bear the costs for returning items that you don't like! If there are legitimate complaints, we will of course cover the shipping costs.
Shipping within the European Union is free of charge.
If you would like your order to be delivered particularly quickly or you would like shipping to Switzerland or non-EU countries, please contact us before placing your order!
Out of consideration for various legal and tax issues, we only ship your order within the EU.
Basically, we want our articles to reach you everywhere! No matter what part of the world you are in. So if you would like shipping to Switzerland or other countries outside the EU, please contact us in advance!
