Shipping & Returns

We ship on business days within Germany using DHL and outside of Germany using UPS/FedEx. Free shipping on orders over €70 and free returns within 14 days (Germany only); for locations outside of Germany, shipping costs apply according to the price list. After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking information. For returns or questions, please contact us at admin@sandmanncraft.com.

Shipping Costs

Orders up to 1 kg are sent as a DHL small parcel for €3.50 in our shipping envelope. For orders under €70, a flat rate of €4.99 is charged within Germany.

For shipping outside of Germany, we charge a flat rate for the Hong Kong SAR, Israel, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, and Singapore of €60 for all shipments up to 3 kg and €95 for shipments over 3 kg.

USA: up to 1 kg $12.99 (DHL small parcel), up to 5.35 kg $35, and from 5.36 kg $50.

United Kingdom (UK): up to 1 kg £12.99, up to 5.35 kg £25, and from 5.36 kg £35.

Japan: up to 1 kg €16.99 (DHL Warenpost), up to 5.35 kg €50, and from 5.36 kg €60.

Switzerland: €12.99 for small parcels up to 1 kg, up to 5.35 kg €30, and from 5.36 kg €40.

If you would like your order to be delivered particularly quickly, please contact us before placing your order.

Non-acceptance and Return

You are responsible for receiving the shipment during standard delivery hours or using the pick-up or delivery options offered by the shipping service provider in a timely manner.

If a shipment is returned to us because you refuse delivery, have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or fail to utilize an offered pick-up option within the deadline, additional costs may be incurred. This may include, in particular, return shipping costs, storage fees, handling fees, customs duties, and, if applicable, new shipping costs.

These costs will only be charged at the amount of the expenses actually incurred and documented by us. If a refund is planned, the proven costs may be deducted from the refund amount. Re-delivery will only occur after prior clarification and, if applicable, after the assumption of the costs incurred as well as the shipping costs for the new shipment.

Refusal of delivery does not automatically count as a cancellation. For regular returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal, statutory regulations and the information in this shipping policy apply.

Information on International Shipping

The international shipping rates displayed on this website do not include taxes or duties, unless otherwise stated in the shipping method. Contact the customs office in your country for information on customs duties or taxes that may apply to your order.

If an item is returned to us and a refund is requested, we will deduct the documented costs for the return as well as any other fees associated with the package from the refund.
