Shipping & Returns
We ship on weekdays with DHL within the EU and with UPS/FedEx outside the EU. Free shipping for orders over €70 and free returns within 14 days within the EU; outside the EU, shipping costs apply according to the price list. After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number. For returns or questions, please contact admin@sandmanncraft.com.

Shipping Costs

Orders up to 1kg are shipped as a DHL small parcel for €3.50 in our shipping envelope. Up to €70, a flat rate of €4.99 is charged within Germany. Within the EU, up to €70, a flat rate of €12.99.

For shipping outside the European Union, we charge a flat rate of €60 for all shipments up to 3 kg and €95 for shipments from 3 kg for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Israel, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, and Singapore.

USA rates: up to 1 kg $12.99 (DHL small parcel), up to 5.35 kg $35 and from 5.36 kg $50.

United Kingdom (UK) rates: up to 1 kg £12.99, up to 5.35 kg £25 and from 5.36 kg £35.

Japan rates: up to 1 kg €16.99 (DHL merchandise mail), up to 5.35 kg €50 and from 5.36 kg €60.

Switzerland rates: €12.99 for small parcels up to 1 kg, up to 5.35 kg €30 and from 5.36 kg €40.

International shipping rates displayed on this website do not include taxes or duties unless otherwise specified in the shipping method. Contact the customs office in your country for information on any customs duties or taxes that may apply to your order. If an order is refused, Sandmanncraft is not responsible for the original shipping costs, duties, taxes, or other fees associated with shipping the package. If an item is returned to us and the buyer has requested a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping and any other fees associated with the package.
