Delivery, returns and shipping costs

Shipping methods
Shipping to your home address or to a parcel station of your choice takes place Monday to Friday (working days) through our logistics partners DHL and UPS.

Order tracking
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from DHL with the DHL tracking number. This allows you to check the status of your shipment at any time.

Returns
You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note that you bear the direct return shipping costs if the reason is simply that you don't like the item. In case of a justified claim (defective product or order error), we will of course cover the shipping costs.

Shipping costs
Shipping within the European Union is free for orders over 70€.

Orders up to 1 kg are shipped as DHL small parcel in our shipping envelope for 3.50€.
Up to 70€ a flat rate of 4.99€ applies within Germany.
Within the EU up to 70€ a flat rate of 12.99€ applies.

For shipping outside the European Union, we charge a flat rate of 60€ for all shipments up to 3 kg and 95€ for shipments from 3 kg for the following zones: Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Israel, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand and Singapore.

USA rates:
– up to 1 kg: 16.99€ (DHL Small Parcel)
– up to 5.35 kg: 55€
– from 5.36 kg: 65€

United Kingdom (UK) rates:
– up to 1 kg: 12.99€
– up to 5.35 kg: 35€
– from 5.36 kg: 45€

Japan rates:
– up to 1 kg: 16.99€ (DHL merchandise shipping)
– up to 5.35 kg: 50€
– from 5.36 kg: 60€

Switzerland rates:
– 12.99€ for small parcels up to 1 kg
– up to 5.35 kg: 40€
– from 5.36 kg: 50€

If you want your order delivered especially quickly, please contact us before placing the order.

International shipping information
The international shipping rates shown on this website do not include taxes or additional duties unless otherwise stated in the shipping method. Please contact your country's customs office for information about duties or taxes that may apply to your order.

If an order is rejected, Sandmanncraft is not responsible for the original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes or other fees related to shipping the package.

If an item is returned to us and the buyer requests a refund, we will deduct the return shipping costs and all other shipping-related fees.
