Shipping methods

Shipping to your home or to a parcel locker of your choice takes place on weekdays from Monday to Friday via our logistics partner DHL within the EU and UPS/FedEx outside the EU. Shipment tracking: As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification from DHL with the DHL tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your shipment at any time. Returns: You can return items to us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Please note that you are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping if you simply do not like an item. If it is a justified complaint (defect in the product or order), we will, of course, cover the shipping costs.

Shipping costs

Shipping within the European Union is free for orders over €70.

Orders up to 1kg are shipped as DHL small parcels for €3.50 in our shipping envelope. A flat rate of €4.99 is charged within Germany for orders up to €70. Within the EU, a flat rate of €12.99 applies for orders up to €70.

For shipments outside the European Union, we charge a flat rate of €60 for all shipments up to 3 kg and €95 for shipments over 3 kg to the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong, Israel, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand and Singapore.

USA rates: up to 1 kg €16.99 (DHL small parcel), up to 5.35 kg €55 and from 5.36 kg €65.

United Kingdom (UK) rates: up to 1 kg €12.99, up to 5.35 kg €35 and from 5.36 kg €45.

Japan rates: up to 1 kg €16.99 (DHL merchandise mail), up to 5.35 kg €50 and from 5.36 kg €60.

Switzerland rates: €12.99 for small packages up to 1 kg, €40 for packages up to 5.35 kg and €50 for packages from 5.36 kg.

The international shipping rates displayed on this website do not include taxes or duties unless otherwise stated in the shipping method. Please contact your country's customs office for information on any customs duties or taxes that may apply to your order. If an order is refused, Sandmanncraft is not responsible for the original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or any other charges associated with shipping the package. If an item is returned to us and the buyer has requested a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping and any other charges associated with the package.

Size Guide

Our lasts are manufactured according to European standard sizes. All men's models are based on our standard Large last , which corresponds to the EU size indicated in the size chart. Women's models correspond to our Normal last.

We know that buying shoes online without being able to try them on isn't always easy. That's why we're happy to offer you a personal size consultation.

To enable us to advise you in the best possible way, please tell us the following:

• Your foot length in cm (if possible)

• The brand and size of other shoes that fit you well
  

All information will of course be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

A notice:
We recommend choosing men's models (Large) with Vibram soles one size smaller than models with leather soles. The lengths given in mm are the insole lengths of the shoe , not your foot length . Please measure your foot and choose the size accordingly.
