We offer you a 30-day voluntary return policy. This means that you have a total of 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

For customers within the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal also applies, which is separate from our voluntary return policy.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

You can submit your cancellation or return in several ways:

• Conveniently using the cancellation button or the returns feature
• Through your customer account via our self-service returns portal
• by email to admin@sandmanncraft.com

Using your customer account or the cancellation button constitutes a clear statement of cancellation.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to submit your cancellation before the respective deadline expires. No reason is required.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on your location:

• EU customers: We will provide you with a free return label if you return the item within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
• Customers outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA, Japan): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Regardless of their location, all customers will receive a full refund once the returned merchandise has been successfully inspected.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal  

If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. This applies both to cancellations before shipment and to returns after you receive the merchandise. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Damage and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene reasons, worn socks cannot be returned. Items that have obviously been worn, are damaged, or are returned in a condition different from that in which they were delivered are also excluded. Exchange

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us in advance at admin@sandmanncraft.com—we’ll arrange the exchange directly for you without requiring you to make a new purchase. Please do not return the item until we have coordinated the exchange together.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at admin@sandmanncraft.com.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
